Who we are

JunkLine AI ("we", "us") is an AI receptionist service for junk removal businesses, operated by Flair Technologies Ltd. We answer calls, texts, and web inquiries on behalf of the junk removal companies that subscribe to our service ("Companies").

JunkLine AI is a Badline AI company. A Company's account lives on Badline AI's platform (app.badline.ai), which the same operator runs, so the information described here is processed and stored by that platform.

Information we collect

When you contact a Company that uses JunkLine AI, we process the information needed to help you: your name, phone number, email address, message content, call recordings and transcripts, the pickup address, the items you want removed, photos you choose to send, and appointment details.

From Companies and their staff, we collect account details: business name, contact details, services and pricing, and business hours. Subscription payments are made on Stripe's secure checkout page: card details go straight to Stripe, and we never see or store a full card number.

When you visit junklineai.com or send us a form, we collect the information described under "Our website" below.

How we use it

  • To answer your call or message, give the Company's published prices, and book a job
  • To reply to your texts, and to text you back after a call you could not get through on
  • To notify the Company's owner and staff about your call or booking
  • To operate, secure, and improve the service

We do not sell personal information.

The uses above describe the customer contact and booking information you share with a Company. They do not apply to Google user data. Google user data obtained through the Google Calendar integration is used only as described in the "Google user data" section below, solely to provide the scheduling feature, and for no other purpose.

Our website

Forms

When you ask for a callback or book a demo, you give us your name, your company's name, your phone number and, if you choose, your email address. When you use our contact form, you give us your name, your email address, your message and, if you choose, your phone number and company. Each submission is sent to our team by email and by Telegram message, together with your IP address and approximate location. The form itself is not saved to a database. We check submissions against a list of known abusive numbers, addresses, and networks.

After a callback request, we may use the company name and phone number you gave us to find your company's public business listing and website, through Google's business listings, a caller-name lookup from our phone carrier, and a web search run through our AI provider, so we know who we are calling. We store what that lookup found, with the number and the name searched, so the same number is not looked up twice.

Visit notices

Our website runs a small script of our own that tells our team, by Telegram message, when someone is actively reading the site. It sends nothing until you have been on a page for about five seconds, or have scrolled, clicked, or typed. It then reports:

  • Your IP address, and your approximate location (city, region, and country) as our hosting provider, Vercel, reads it from that address
  • The network your connection comes from, and whether it looks like a mobile network, a proxy or VPN, or a data center. To learn this we send your IP address to the IP lookup service ip-api.com.
  • The page you arrived on, and the site or campaign that referred you
  • Each page you then open, how long you stay, and how far you scroll
  • When you tap our email address
  • When you start one of our forms, or a form shows you an error, naming only the fields involved and never what you typed

We use this to see which pages help visitors, to keep the site secure, and to follow up with businesses that have expressed interest.

Browser storage

The visit script keeps a random visit identifier, page timings, and scroll depth in your browser's session storage, which your browser clears when you close the tab. If you arrive through a link we sent you that carries a tag naming the invitation, the tag is kept in a first-party cookie for 30 days so a later visit is linked to it. Your light or dark theme choice is kept in your browser's local storage. The site runs no advertising cookies, no ad pixels, and no third-party analytics tools, and it works without any of this storage.

Google user data (Google Calendar integration)

A Company can connect its Google Calendar to JunkLine AI so that we can check real-time availability and place bookings on its calendar. We connect the Company's Google Calendar with the Company during setup, through Google's OAuth consent screen, and the Company can revoke it at any time.

What Google user data we access

  • The busy and open times on the connected calendar, to offer open appointment slots.
  • The ability to create, update, and cancel the appointment events that JunkLine AI schedules on the Company's behalf.
  • The events on the connected calendar (title, location, and times), read only, to show the Company its own schedule in its account. We read them when the Company opens its schedule and do not store them.
  • The email address of the connected Google account, only to show the Company which account is linked.

How we use it

We use this Google user data solely to provide the scheduling feature: reading busy times so the assistant only offers genuinely open times, creating, updating, or cancelling the appointment events the Company books, and showing the Company its own schedule.

We do not use Google user data for any other purpose. Specifically, we do not use it to improve, develop, or analyze any other product; we do not use it for analytics, research, advertising, marketing, or feedback requests; we do not sell it; and we do not use it to train any artificial intelligence or machine-learning model, whether ours or a third party's. The open times worked out from the calendar are passed to our AI providers only at the moment of scheduling, so the assistant can offer them, and our AI providers do not use that data to train their models.

How we store and protect it

Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and transmitted over TLS. Calendar data is processed only to check availability, write events, and show the Company its schedule; access is limited to what is required to operate the service.

Sharing

We do not sell Google user data, and we do not share or transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the scheduling feature (for example, our cloud hosting and processing providers, under confidentiality obligations) or where required by law.

Retention, deletion, and revoking access

A Company can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from its account, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When the Company disconnects, we revoke the grant with Google and delete the stored Google tokens, and we delete them too when an account is closed. We do not retain Google Calendar data beyond what is needed to operate the scheduling feature.

Limited Use

JunkLine AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Text messaging (SMS/MMS)

You receive texts from us only if you called or texted a Company first, submitted a form with your mobile number, or asked for a text during a call. These are service messages about your request: replies to your texts and a text back after a missed call. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

If you run a Company that subscribes to JunkLine AI, the service also sends you and the staff you name alerts about new calls and bookings, by text and email, as part of the service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts. Reply HELP for help. Opting out stops all non-essential messages from that number.

When we share information

We share your information with the Company you contacted: it is their customer relationship. We also use service providers solely to deliver the service, under terms that restrict their use of your data:

  • Telecommunications carriers, for phone numbers, calls, and texts
  • Cloud hosting and database providers, including Vercel, which hosts this website
  • AI providers, for speech recognition, the assistant's voice, and understanding and answering calls and messages
  • Stripe, for subscription payments
  • Resend, which delivers our email, and Telegram, which carries our team's notices
  • ip-api.com, for the visit network lookup described above
  • Google, when a Company connects Google Calendar, and for the business listing lookup described above

A current list of the providers that process Company data is available on request. We may disclose information if required by law. If JunkLine AI is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor as part of that transaction, subject to the protections in this policy, and we will provide notice. Google user data is transferred in such a transaction only as permitted by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including obtaining any required consent.

Retention and security

We keep conversation and booking records for as long as the Company maintains an active account, and delete or anonymize them after closure or on valid request.

Form submissions and visit notices are kept in our team's email and message history, and our hosting provider keeps server logs, which can include IP addresses and form details, for a short period for security and troubleshooting. We delete form submissions and visit notices about you on request.

Stored records are encrypted at rest, our website and the Badline AI app are served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access is limited to what operating the service requires.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. Texting STOP opts you out of SMS at any time. You can block or clear cookies and site storage in your browser's settings at any time.
