Terms of Service

The service
JunkLine AI, operated by Flair Technologies Ltd, provides an AI receptionist for junk removal businesses ("Companies"): answering calls, texts, and web inquiries, giving prices from the Company's published price list, scheduling jobs, and sending related notifications. JunkLine AI is a Badline AI company, and Company accounts run on Badline AI's platform. By using the service, as a Company or by communicating with a Company through it, you agree to these terms.
Text messaging terms
- You receive texts only after contacting a Company by text, form, or phone, or after booking an appointment
- Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel texts at any time. Reply HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- For help with messaging, contact hello@badline.ai
Prices and bookings
Prices stated by the AI receptionist come from each Company's own published price list and are estimates, not binding quotes: the Company confirms the final price on site, once it has seen the items and the size of the load. Where a Company has published no price for a job, the receptionist gives no figure. The receptionist does not give binding answers about which items a Company accepts, hazardous materials, or disposal; the Company confirms those. Appointments are made on the Company's calendar and are subject to the Company's own policies on cancellations, deposits, and rescheduling.
Integrations (Google Calendar)
A Company's Google Calendar is connected with the Company during setup. By connecting Google Calendar through Google's consent screen, the Company authorizes JunkLine AI to read calendar availability and the Company's own events, and to create, update, and cancel the appointment events it schedules on the Company's behalf. The Company can disconnect at any time from its account or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Our use of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Use of Google services is also subject to Google's own terms.
Company accounts
Companies are responsible for the accuracy of their services, pricing, and business information, for keeping account credentials confidential, and for using the service only to communicate with people who contacted their business or consented to be contacted. Fees, billing, and cancellation terms for Companies are set out in the Service Agreement, accepted at checkout.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, to spam, to violate telecom regulations, or to infringe anyone's rights. We may suspend accounts that do.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". AI-generated responses can contain errors; Companies remain responsible for the services they deliver and the commitments they honor. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flair Technologies Ltd's total liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees paid to us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We may update these terms by posting a revised version here with a new date. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
